9. Permanent Makeup, Brows, Lashes, and Beauty Services
Services involving brows, lashes, tattoo, permanent makeup, or other beauty procedures may carry risks, healing variability, maintenance requirements, and limitations. Results depend on many factors, including skin type, aftercare, medical history, lifestyle, and individual healing response.
Clients are responsible for following all pre-care and aftercare instructions. Failure to do so may affect results and may void eligibility for touch-ups, corrections, or follow-up accommodations.
10. User Submissions and Communications
If you submit any inquiry, review, testimonial, feedback, before-and-after image, comment, message, intake information, or other content to RC Wellness through the Site, social media, text, email, or other channels, you represent that:

• the information is truthful and does not violate any law or third-party rights;
